Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Management
Your 9bbb account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised those actions. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 9bbb immediately at [email protected].
9bbb may suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, attempted manipulation of game outcomes, or identity fraud. In such cases, 9bbb will retain the right to withhold any funds pending investigation and will communicate its findings to the account holder within a reasonable period.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 9bbb platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). 9bbb does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonuses are credited to your 9bbb account in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or a combination of both, depending on the specific promotion. Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance and are used first when placing bets, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
9bbb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has attempted to abuse the promotion or to exploit any bonus in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Abuse of bonuses includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that minimise risk in a manner designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements rather than to genuinely engage with the game, and providing false information to obtain a bonus.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9bbb platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the 9bbb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 9bbb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the 9bbb platform without prior written permission from 9bbb. You must not use 9bbb's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits 9bbb. Unauthorised use of 9bbb intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and will result in immediate account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
9bbb provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bbb excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 9bbb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9bbb's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9bbb account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9bbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 9bbb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
9bbb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 9bbb will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which 9bbb operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
